Our Goals
Peel Community Trusts is governed by public representatives who have been serving vulnerable, marginalized and stigmatized people for many years. These community leaders are the Directors of the Peel Community Land Trust’s, and with their passion and expertise, they hope to support the establishment of many Land Trusts throughout the Region of Peel.
Our Mission
To support the growth of community land trusts with the primary purpose of acquiring, developing, and/or stewarding permanently affordable housing, land, and other assets that contribute to a thriving community.
Our Vision
A Peel CLT sector that is well-connected, enabled by government policy and funding, and driving a major increase in the national share of non-market housing assets.
